1. About these terms

App Launchpad is a trading name of VELO LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13175174, with registered office at 735 High Road, High Road, Ilford, England, IG3 8RL. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to VELO LABS LTD. Contact us at hello@applaunchpad.co.

2. Our services

We provide educational content and practical support relating to app ideas, AI-assisted app-building tools, and initial setup. Features and availability may change as we improve the service. Free training does not require a purchase.

3. No guaranteed result

Our material is general educational information, not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. We do not guarantee earnings, profitability, customer acquisition, app-store approval, publication, completion time, or any particular technical or business outcome. Your results depend on your decisions, effort, market, and third-party services.

4. Third-party tools

Training may demonstrate or link to third-party software, platforms, or payment providers. Their products are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and they may charge separate fees. A link or demonstration is not a guarantee that a third-party service will remain available or suitable for you.

5. App Launchpad Training & Setup SMS programme

If you separately opt in, you agree to receive recurring informational and promotional text messages from App Launchpad about requested app training, setup steps, reminders, and related support at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After a STOP request, you may receive one confirmation message and no further programme texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or email hello@applaunchpad.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and programme availability may vary by country or carrier.

6. Telephone calls

Telephone-call permission is separate from text-message permission and is optional. If you opt in, our team may call you about the training or app setup you requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may ask us not to call during any call or by emailing us.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or introduce malicious code.
• Copy, resell, publish, or distribute our protected training or materials except as the law or written permission allows.
• Misrepresent an association with us or use our brand without permission.

8. Intellectual property

We or our licensors own the website, training, branding, and original materials. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning while you comply with these terms. You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide.

9. Payments and refunds

Any paid offer will show the applicable price and material purchase terms before checkout. Our Refund Policy applies alongside any checkout-specific terms and your non-excludable statutory rights.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss caused by third-party services, or decisions made using educational material. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, or create security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may withdraw communication consent separately.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
